As a mobilizer at TecknoSIM Training Services, I participate in the mobilization program with the help of District Employment Office, motivating candidates for enrollment by participating in programs at skill development centers and training institutes in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand state. I have been working in this role for four months, and I enjoy connecting with diverse communities and facilitating their learning and development opportunities.I am also a survey enumerator at Give, where I have worked for six months on various projects in Rajasthan and Uttarakhand, such as organizing camps for farmer producer organizations (FPOs), solving their problems related to societies and water conservation projects, and completing project assessment and data collection work in various PHCs while providing the Give Grant to the Americare project. I have three years of previous experience as a community organizer at Kharvi consultancy services, working on the FPO model under the World Bank Project in Himachal Pradesh, creating CIGs of farmers, explaining how to make good production and where to sell, providing necessary agri-inputs under the project for farmers, and creating awareness about the government schemes with farmers. I have also coordinated with the department and the farmers to ensure smooth and effective implementation of the project.I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Uttarakhand Open University, with a focus on social work. I have a Bachelor's of Commerce degree from Kumaun University, Nainital, with a specialization in management accounting and public finance. I have strong skills in business development, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel, as well as excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. I am fluent in Hindi and English, and I have a passion for social impact and community empowerment.
