My litigation practice required me to litigated in almost every state court in Florida, as well as the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. In addition, I was responsible for all transactional real estate matters handled by our office, including structuring and securing financing on behalf of a Fortune 100 automobile manufacture for expansion of its operations in Florida. Furthermore, I assisted various startups and real estate investors with incorporating, company structuring, intellectual property audits and registration, antitrust compliance, securities matters, employee and contractor matters, financing and similar matters.
