Current• Regularly calling our priority POC to fetch requirements and understand the prioritize requirements.• Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.• Setup web recruiting strategy, selected web search tools (Monster, Naukri, and LinkedIn, etc.) Search Techniques includes Boolean Expression, use-to exclude, the single word with multiple word phrases. Use this and other sources like references and employee referrals.• Worked closely with and negotiated contracts with Vendors, Search and Staffing Agencies.• Co-ordinate with USA based team members for all logistics to help consultants start projects. • Owned full-cycle recruiting: interviewed, offered, negotiated, and closed candidates for assigned requirements. Working with IT and Non-IT, PSU, and Other Government or Semi-Government Companies to serve their needs, Having good exposure handling government contracts related to Construction, New Recruitment, Maintenance and logistics services.
