• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for applications from Internal stakeholders for leading Banks / lenders.
• Reporting requirements utilizing user stories, use cases, current and future state process flows, data maps, data dictionaries, requirement traceability matrix, wireframes, etc.
• Identifying, validating, and document “As-Is” and “To Be” processes with domain experts and SME’s. Design high-level workflows and use cases for each sprint.
• Completing high-level and detailed BRD for project, identifying both functional and non-functional requirements for designing the documents or templates.
• Conducting pre- and post-implementation reviews, ensuring all technically designed templates have met business requirements. Supports system implementation and production readiness by liaising with change in DB.
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in in-house and software products across the organization
