Experienced professional with demonstrated history of working on tax, compliance and regulatory matters concerning the financial service industry players, which includes likes of Investment Managers, Feeder Funds, Venture Capital and Private Equity Funds.An integral part of India focused (sector agnostic) venture capital fund, having an opportunity to work on a variety of interesting roles/ key decisions, some of which includes the following: - Portfolio Management, including budgeting and forecasting, cashflow management, creating business plan, fund raise, hiring etc - Investment Project management, starting from term sheet execution, reviewing investment documentation (Share Subscription Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Investment Agreement etc.) from tax, legal, regulatory and commercial standpoint. - Fund administration including LP reporting, NAV working, computing key ratios such as IRR, Net IRR, NAV, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, Carry Computation - Tax, Regulatory and Compliance matter concerning Venture Capital and Private Equity Funds, including designing compliance calendar and reporting frameworksPrior to working with venture capital funds, had an opportunity of working with reputed advisory firms including Big4 (PwC) and being preferred advisor to renowned Investment Advisors/ Wealth Managers/ Financial Services Players including NBFC(s) . Past experience also includes, Mergers & Acquisition, international tax advisory and compliances, tax and structuring advisory services.
