• Provide IT Infrastructure Support to a domain of around 40,000 users in India and overseas.• Track, prioritize, and manage support tickets using a ticketing system. Ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner and communicate progress to users.• Providing all the Mac and Windows troubleshooting.• Respond to and resolve user-reported issues related to Adobe products, services, and internal systems. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and providing solutions to technical problems.• Offer technical assistance to end-users regarding Adobe software and systems, including handling queries about functionality, access issues, and software errors.• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to assist users and provide solutions to common issues. Keep documentation updated with new information and solutions.• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams or specialized departments. Follow up to ensure that escalated issues are resolved effectively.• Assist in the configuration, installation, and deployment of Adobe software and systems. Ensure that deployments meet organizational standards and user requirements.• Setting up the Virtual Machine i.e. ITCD VMs, MVD VMs.• Managing IAM Portal for DL creation, Cyber-Ark, Password reset etc.• Creating and deleting user accounts, assigning and removing licenses, and managing user access to Adobe products and services.• Assigning and updating roles and permissions for users based on their job responsibilities.• Handling requests for access to specific Adobe products or services and ensuring appropriate approvals are in place.• Assisting users with resetting their passwords and unlocking their accounts if they are locked out.• Providing support for issues related to user accounts, such as login problems, access issues, and user profile updates.• Identifying and resolving issues related to user access, permissions, and authentication within the Adobe IAM portal.
