Plan and schedule work sequence for construction operation• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.• Liaise with consultants and coordinate with contractors for site activities arrangement• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawings/ final approved drawing from authorities• Resource allocation including machinery monitoring and project costing• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is maintained to the highest standard• Coordinate with project manager and client to resolve the problems and achieve their expectation• Ensure compliance to all regulations, codes and standards while producing the design• Propose plan for long- and short-term traffic diversion plan• Prepare and study the drawings for temporary traffic diversion
