I am a qualified Chartered Accountant, I bring in experience in understanding and managing the process of financial reporting and following rules and regulations. My career has been dedicated to facilitating seamless transitions between accounting standards, with a focus on US GAAP to IFRS and Various local GAAP to IFRS convergence. Over the years, I have been involved in conducting statutory audits, limited reviews, and compilation assignments under diverse frameworks including Indian GAAP (Ind AS), US GAAP, UK GAAP (FRS), and IFRS. My commitment to precision extends to assisting organizations in drafting technical accounting memos, implementing new accounting standards, and providing GAAP Transition services.At KNAV I work as an Assistant Manager in the International Assurance and Accounting Advisory Department. I am primarily responsible for leading a team of 5/6 members and managing audits and advisory clients. I have experience in auditing leading Indian and US private and public multinational companies from sectors such as Pharma, Information Technology, Textile, Telecom, Travel and Tourism, Software Development,Financial Services, Broker Dealer retail banking and service oriented industries.
