• Handling End to End Recruitment lifecycle.• Leading a Team of 7 Members.• Taking care of Multiple clients and Understanding the Business needs to close the positions.• Mentoring, guiding, training, and bringing the team to pace to meet targets and leading the team for meeting business requirements.• Partnering and coordinating with leaders within the organization to track ongoing needs of their business and fulfilling hiring needs.• Organizing daily interviews, weekday & weekend events based on criticality of demands/ hiring targets.• Conduct background check for selected / shortlisted candidates, HR Discussion, Salary negotiation.

Responsibilities:•Sourcing the profiles from Job portal.•Screening the profiles according to the clients' requirement.•Checking the candidates' interest level by excellent interaction skills and generating references.•Validating the profiles and make sure that the profiles reaches the client.•Scheduling the interview for shortlisted candidate’s.•Follow up of the candidate’s to make sure the candidate is offered and the offer being accepted and joined.Roles:• Working completely on IT requirements.• Experience working on High level/Niche/contract openings.
