As a technical recruiter for a boutique agency, my role is to source, screen, and hire top technical talent for my clients. I work closely with hiring managers and human resources departments to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with their goals. I am responsible for identifying qualified candidates, conducting initial interviews, and presenting top candidates to my clients.   My role is to understand client needs and work with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their technical staffing requirements, the skills and experience required for each position, and the company culture.I also help my clients create job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and responsibilities of the position, and highlight the skills and qualifications necessary for success. I use a variety of methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. I review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications to determine if they are a good fit for the position and the client company.I am responsible for presenting top candidates to clients, highlighting their skills and qualifications, and making recommendations based on your assessment of their fit for the position and the company culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the clients, and provide feedback to both parties and negotiate compensation packages and other terms of employment with both the clients and the candidate, and facilitate the hiring process is a part of my daily responsibilities.I strongly believe in building and maintaining relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.Overall, my goal is to help my clients build successful technical teams by identifying and attracting top talent.
