Conduct telephonic screening to check communication Skills, technical skills, interest level, availability, etc.• Responsible for helping and connecting prospective candidates with their appropriate matches in the IT arena within interactive advertising and media sectors• Experience with Permanent Positions.• Managed the entire recruiting process starting with identifying the requirement, posting positions on online job boards, sourcing resumes for different employment status like fulltime for US Citizens, GC, Permanent resident of Canada.
