I was responsible for the project management throughout the project life cycle (in agile-scrum and waterfall models):- Requirement gathering- Analyzing requirement from business & technical perspectives, and identify the risk factors - Identify best suitable technology & tools- Prepare proposal & other documents like FRS / SRS / Gantt Chart / API Spec, etc- Freeze the scope of work of every phases of the project- Resources management - Manage project end to end execution; starting from Post-sales BA stage to the Deployment & Support- Overall, make sure we deliver the best scalable system, using best suitable tech stack and best code architecture, use best infrastructure and follow best practices in communication / design / development / deployment / support- Post implementation review- Project sign off- Manage customer account for the support & change requestsMy role always demanded high level of drive, dedication and a focus on delivering business outcomes through the use of methodologies. I was responsible for the web app design integration & development.- Understand the project scope of work, business domain & use cases and minute task details- Design the database schema- Integrate the provided design to the project codebase (in the decided framework)- Develop the website / web app features as per the instructions of the Project / Team Lead- Follow the given timeline to submit the assigned work and maintain the work logs
