•Act as a procurement subject matter expert across all areas such as Facilities and Operations, HR, Learning and Development and Professional services•Creation, Amendment, Renewal & Management of Contracts/ Agreements for the various products & Services which involves working with Global Buyers, Suppliers to get need attributes.•Manage day-to-day operations of Catalog production that includes Content Writing, proofreading, Editing, QC, and uploading.•Oversee look and feel of the products on the website including categorization, sequencing, and product pages. •Initiate review and renewal of product catalogues based on business segment insights.•Manage UI content like banners, FAQ pages etc. and ensure that its always up-to-date and refreshed.•Assist in creating Bulk Purchase Agreements, Smart Forms & Catalogues•Functional ownership (Design/Periodic maintenance) of the Service Request and Catalogue module

•Capture demand from Service owners and arbitrate demand based on business impact and data analysis.•Constantly interacting with vendors and vendor managers to setup a perfect detail page•Focus on user experience through enhanced visualization and workflow to improve ease of access•Ensure the accuracy of the information within the IT Service Catalog as well as its consistency with the information across the Service Portfolio.•Analysis of Open Service requests for any hidden trend & issues, and accordingly co-ordinating with different teams to fix the underlying cause.•Conduct review meetings with Service Owners to address Open requests and come up with action plan.•Publish Catalogue, Communication & handle Trainings for Service Request Catalogue Management•Decision on the addition/retirement to the Service Catalogue (through Change Management Process

•End to end processing of Vendor invoices raised to various Business entities by suppliers for goods and services and ensuring correct VAT coding as per the European VAT standards. •Ensuring correct accounting of invoice and accuracy in expensing to right accounting codes (cost codes and expense codes)•Processing payments for third party vendors, charity, donations, rebate & goodwill in compliance with European standards.•Administration of all supplier reconciliation activities which involve arranging statements, allocation within the team, reviewing, reconciling, coordinating resolution to open issues to higher management.

•Ensuring smooth execution of the dealing process that included buying and selling & switching of units for Joint Trustee and HNIs.•Settlements of Securities on Client’s account in Euroclear, Clearstream Banking Frankfurt (CBF) and Clearstream Banking Luxembourg (CBL).
