Key aspects of my responsibilities include:Quality Management: Ensuring works conform to specifications and timely updates.Safety: Promoting safety, maintaining a safe workplace, and adhering to OHS requirements.Collaboration: Working with Foremen and Subcontractors to manage variations, scope changes, and achieve project targets.Resource Planning: Collaborating with Superintendents and Foremen to plan and source necessary resources, optimizing their use to align with construction programs.Procurement Management: Managing the procurement process for materials and subcontractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.Cost Efficiency: Managing costs, providing end-of-month reports, and implementing cost-effective solutions.Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.High-Quality Product Behavior: Driving a culture of high-quality work committed to performing all activities correctly the first time, embodying the principle: “Perform all activities once and the right way on Site.” Show less
