As an HR Executive at Max Life Insurance, I provide efficient and effective HR services to over 500 employees and the management, using SAP Successfactors, a cloud-based HR software that streamlines and automates the HR processes and data. I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource from Sushant University, where I learned the best practices and theories of HR management, strategy, and innovation.I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment for the employees, where they can grow and thrive. I have initiated and implemented several employee engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition programs, feedback surveys, wellness workshops, and social events, to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
