I wear the twin hats of being an author of a published book as well as consulting with organisations in creating inclusive workplaces. With 18+ years of international experience in Diversity and Inclusion and OD Consulting, backing me, I have successfully many organisation, including Fortune 500 companies and Great Places to Work Awardee organisations in achieving their DEI outcomes. We take an integrated solutions approach- a balance between policies, culture and employee development.Presented in the form of fiction, my book, The Hangover of Choices, surfaces the very important issues of body image, female sexuality, mental health and the importance of taking self-action. Also proud to have pioneered new interventions for corporates, some of which include award-winning projects such as, Transition Guidelines: Returning Mother’s Project and technology-based digital solutions on tackling workplace stereotypes, creating manager toolkits and allyship programs for multiple diversity strands. Being a counsellor & facilitator, I have worked with organisations in reducing the stigma around mental health. Resourceful, Writer, Philosopher, Imaginative, I believe in experimenting and venturing off-the-beaten-path, to finding solutions. Always on the look-out for in-depth and engaging work that brings about mindset and behaviour change.
