• Perform all duties associated with recruitment and hiring for various positions. • Schedule and participate in interviewing of candidates. • Handling documentation process of the employees.• Facilitate new hire orientation.• Time and Leave management.• Coordinate and develops materials for all training activity. • Track attendance and evaluations of training programs. • Maintain all files, records and reports for all training activity. • Facilitate training as needed. • Prepare reports for management. • Maintain job description database. • Constantly seeks innovation in recruiting, selection, training and development processes. • Perform other duties as required.
