Overall planning & understanding of the functional/soft skills/ behavioral training needs for the organizationDesign & Development of end-to-end training activityDefine training plans, manage training budgets, design and produce training materialsDevelop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organizationConduct orientation sessions & develop effective induction programmesCreate corporate brochures and training materialsDesign and expand training and development programmes based on both the organizations and the individual’s needsEnsure that statutory training requirements are metEvaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement

• Actively develop productive working relationships with the Operations Department and managers both at both locations (Mysore & Bangalore).• Establish specific objectives to meet each training request and fill a performance gap. Determine what is needed in order to improve performance. • Build the most effective training course possible using research, insight and experience in line with the company’s culture. • Design and develop training courses to fulfill training objectives and employee needs, which include designing new courses or updating existing ones. • Responsible for designing the course is cohesive, relevant, comprehensive format that will engage participants & bring out the desired learning• Training includes all necessary materials like: workbooks, facilitator guides, handouts, role plays, case studies, power point presentations, etc. • Assess the effectiveness of all training presented through personal introspection, course surveys, input from Operations Managers & make the necessary changes to improve effectiveness. • Share information, experiences and ideas with other trainers in an effort to raise the overall effectiveness of the Training and Management Development department.• Complete all necessary reports including program status reports, feedback requests, etc.
