Assisting Relationship Manager in;> Filling share application with required documents.> Scrutinize the documents of shareholders, if any missing inform them about it. >Remind Shareholders about their installment amount and its due date. > Dealing with Shareholders with respect to project progress status. > Communicate with new investors (possibly shareholders in near future) about the hydro project through E-mail, telephone or direct meeting.Assisting Finance Manager in;> Collection of share amount from shareholders through cash, cheque or direct bank transfer.> Issue Receipt Voucher and make it available to shareholders.> Prepare entries of the vouchers and pass accounting entry in tally> Calculate total amount paid by individual shareholders. >Reconcile receipt summary and software amount fortnightly. > Perform bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
