My portfolio is performing risk assessment, auditing and data analysis.With over ten years of work experience in the healthcare sector in Australia and overseas, I have developed strong skills in continuous improvement, quality improvement, and leadership. I have contributed to several significant Aged Care Quality and Safety Commissions visits and ensure Aged Care Quality Standards were met. For example, I have worked in line with company’s policies and Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations. Also, developed and delivered training modules for clinical staff, and facilitated quality audits and reviews. I have also leveraged my Master's degree in Nursing to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to the nursing team, and to ensure compliance with the relevant standards and regulations.
