Work Responsibilities:• Handling Book Keeping, Cash Book and Ledger Entries.• Preparation of Monthly and Yearly Financial Statements like Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet with the help of Tally software.• Collection of Data from Site Engineer and Preparation of Construction Site Reports & Submitting it to the Managing Authority of the company every month.• Making Computer Data Entry of All Site Reports (Work Progress Report, Labor Attendance Report, Material Inward Report, Material Consumption Report, Machine Consumption Report, and Daily Expenses Report). • Maintaining Attendance records of office Employees and Site Labors.• Preparation of Labor & Office Employee Payment Sheets & Making Labor Payment on weekly bases and submitting Payment reports to the Managing Authority of the Company.• Handling clients in the absence of Public Relation Officer.• Maintaining Accounts of Sundry Creditors.
