Roles and Responsibilities:- • Purchase of items required for Oil & gas industry Projects, construction industry like hoses, valves and their fittings, structural steel, A-Z building materials, PPE, hardware, machines and spare parts etc both from domestic and international suppliers.• Receiving requests, Floating inquires, Acquiring best quotations, comparing specifications, Follow up with Vendors.• Coordinating for Techno - Commercial negotiations and preparing Technical & Commercial Bid Comparison.• Vendor Creation and maintaining Vendor master data.• Provide the site with all necessary materials in due time with the best cost according to the contract documents and B.O.Q.• Check quantities and prices of items in invoices; ensure that the delivery notes match the invoices. Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services. • Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers. • Managing, developing & improving the purchasing team.• Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery and contracts. Adhering to all company policies with particular regard to accounting procedures. • Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price/best quality’ purchasing. • Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices for purchases. • Giving sourcing input to colleagues to aid business planning & development. • Maintain day to day interaction with vendors and monitor vendor performance after completion of projects with quality of products delivered, service and schedule.• Managing deliveries to international customers both via sea and air.• Complete knowledge of statutory bodies, such as Customs, Economic Department, Chamber of Commerce and other entities which may be deemed required. Preparation of necessary documents and financial requirements prior to shipment arrival one week from the date of shipment. • Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered, received.

ROLES1) Review supplier invoices, our MRS (materials receipt summary) to process the same after matching with the PO and ensuring the approvals for payment also that no duplicate invoices and payments are processed.2) Process cheques and MROs and updating the same in the check list.3) Reconciliation of suppliers Statement and process payment on monthly basis. 4) Checking the account codes of the purchase order (both commercial and non-commercial) with the budget allocation forms to avoid any discrepancies. 5) Resolve invoice queries with the respective departments/vendors. 6) Creation and modification of vendors.7) Keeps track of the transactions and monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date. 8) Processing of petty cash expenses, cash advances, utility bills,. 9) Achieved excellent average delivery rate on all assignments with 100% client Satisfaction.10) Recording of advances in the system and recovering the same from the vendors. Directly reporting to both Procurement manager and Finance manager.
