Flexcube Implementation Project at Canara Bank: Worked as a member of Level 1 Application Support team.The project involved migration of Bank branches from existing legacy systems to Flexcube Core Banking Solution. Additional Contributions:As client value add, I created two tools using Visual Basic for automated analysis and creation of SQL patches for some recurring standard issues. This helped reduce the TAT of issue resolution for L1.
