 Working with Brightstar Global as offshore development team. Directly reporting to Brightstar management.  Handling Brighstar Europe region, EMEA, Nordics region business accounts. Elicit requirements from business teams, using interviews, document analysis, understanding existing process & business flows, use case scenarios, business process analysis, task & workflow analysis. Managing project scope, planning, project monitoring, taking scrum daily meetings, team status reports. Preparing project plans, effort estimation, WBS, timesheet managing, invoicing. Communicate change & project status to stakeholders in timely manner. Critically evaluate information received from multiple sources, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding for layman stakeholders. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external & internal stakeholders to analyze information needs, functional & nonfunctional requirements. Interpreting customer business needs and translating them into operational requirements. Prepare scope documents, BRD, Use cases, detailed work flow charts, network diagrams, wireframes, GUIs, UI/UX designs, user manuals, business proposal documents, performing gap analysis. Collaborate with development, testing teams & SMEs to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability & performance needs throughout the SDLC Closely collaborating with project managers to finalize the scope of work, prepare the project plan, WBS, and effort estimation. Collaborate with PM to create & maintain comprehensive project documentation. Assisting in planning and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communicationsPreparing action logs & chair daily status meeting with relevant stakeholders as a stand-in for PM in his/her absence.

• SI under BSS vertical for IN domain Ericsson Charging System- Ericsson BUGS Csertified SI- Integrating solution into customer's network.Preparing MOP/BRDs, configuration as per business requirements, Integration within customer’s network, installation, upgrade & commissioning of charging system nodes.• Performing gap analysis for migration projects. • Preparing use cases & UAT documents. Conducting UAT with client stakeholders.• Collaborating with demand team for gathering requirements from customer specific business logic. • Preparing Budgetary Quotes and Project Plans. • Develop adaptations and Change requests following the SDLC life cycle phases as per CMMI. • Deploy the release or ICP (Intermediate Correction packages) in the customer production environment. • Provide post deployment support, remedies, solutions, and detailed root cause analysis. • Presenting business presentations to the business demand and sales heads of regions as well as end customers.
