I am highly motivated individual driven to find the gaps and innovate ways to serve customers needs when it comes to Quality. As a Deputy Manager in Quality in my previous organisation, I focus mainly on coaching and optimising my quality team. I also had an opportunity to collaborate cross-departmentally to improve internal processes, introduce new processes based on the need, eliminate the obsolete process, make the team understand the importance and benefits of following the process. we work as a team on a quarterly basis to achieve our needs by setting targets.Being an Internal certified auditor for ISO 9001:2015 standard, I have come across various new dimensional Non-conformity, as a team, we work together in analysing the root cause and providing an appropriate corrective action from which we make others understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving the RESULT.I am proud to work at Zucisystems which strives to be the most trusted and my beloved career platform, connecting individuals in a more authentic way. I believe that the strongest organisation are those in which employees feel connected to each other and their work and yes I am at the right place.When I am off to work, I would love to travel hearing my favourite songs.
