Here are my primary responsibilities and roles:Handling Reservations: Receiving and processing booking requests from guests through various channels such as phone calls, emails, online booking platforms, and in-person inquiries.Providing Information: Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, hotel facilities, and special promotions to potential guests, assisting them in making informed decisions.Booking Management: Manage the reservation system to ensure all bookings are accurately recorded, including special requests or preferences from guests such as room type, amenities, and any additional services.Communication: Effectively communicating with guests to confirm reservations, provide booking confirmations, and address any changes or cancellations promptly and courteously.Revenue Management: Maximizing occupancy and revenue by strategically managing room inventory and rates, including up selling additional services or room upgrades where possible.Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborating with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including coordinating early check-ins, late check-outs, and room assignments.Guest Relations: Building rapport with guests to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty by anticipating their needs and ensuring personalized service throughout their stay.Problem Resolution: Addressing guest concerns or complaints related to reservations promptly and effectively, aiming for satisfactory resolutions to maintain guest satisfaction.Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of guest information, preferences, and booking history to personalize future interactions and improve service delivery.Compliance and Security: Adhering to hotel policies and procedures related to reservations, ensuring data security and privacy of guest information.
