Business Process Re-engineering, Customer Experience & Service Quality Management-21 years of work experience in the banking sector. I have worked at an Associate level handling different projects. I was in-charge of projects which required liasioning between different departments and with project team members. -My work was closely associated with Compliance, Audit and Legal team. It included reviewing of processes, policies, collecting and analyzing customer related data, reporting the same to regulators / management at specific time interval as per Banking Guidelines and also presenting the same to board members.-I have been instrumental in upgrading systems and helping the technology team to make the software more user friendly (Front Desk & Call Centre). Part of Team to provide inputs on Infosys Finacle Version 10 for Central Office users and Phone Banking Users to improve and provide quality experience for its customers. Inputs provided on Infosys Core Banking functionalities to make Finacle more user friendly. Attended 7 days rigorous training session on Finacle Version 10 at Infosys campus, Pune-Independently handled Mystery Audit for branches which included selecting the Mystery Shopping Vendor, Signing of Agreement and rolling out of the Audit. Presentation of this Mystery Audit Report to Management Team-Handled KYC Updation through KYC Dropbox, SMS which included training to Phone Banking and Branches.
