Project Training Supervisor - Learning Operations
CurrentPartner with the broader T&D team, customers, stakeholders to meet the training needs of the organisation which includes program management of these initiatives, evaluation of their impact and implementation for continuos improvementSet up kick of calls and chair key meetings with the customers and stakeholders to understand challenges in leveraging the team services with regard to study training activities, build and maintain strong working relationshipsResponsible for detailed performance review and management of direct reports including Annual performance management and Development (PMD) & Individual development plan etc., Maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients to ensure opportunity for acquiring additional new business
