Current• HR Operations: Recuturiment, Handling Employee Database, Leaves and Attendance Management, Confirmations, Performance Management, Payroll Process, Exit Interviews, Full & Final Settlement, Preparation of LOI and COE.• Employee Relations: Explaining various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.• Payroll & Benefits: Providing the input during monthly payroll process such as Entry, Exit, variable earnings, deductions, LOP days etc., co-coordinating with the payroll team to process the salaries of the employees. Preparation, Verification and dispersal of Full & Final Settlement. Processing Employee welfare amounts, Conveyance reimbursement, preparing variance report, Taking care of deposit of PF, PT and ESIC on monthly basis.• Statutory Compliances: Preparation of monthly returns (ESIC), Handling PF Withdrawals (Form 19 & 10 C), Transfers (Form 13), Fresh & revised nomination for ESIC/PF (Form 1/2), preparation of annual return (ESIC/PF) Preparation of F&F settlement.General Administration & Miscellaneous: Processing bills, organizing Office stationeries, preparing & maintaining HR/Administration related MIS data, Maintaining of employee’s data base and personal file, Med claim Insurance
