Preparation of European figures and variance analysis to provide a detailed commentary on figures for Store managers and Regional ManagersEnsuring all European company legislation is adhered to, particularly for All Saints RussiaIdentifying inconsistencies in the accounts and setting up reports to provide further analysis on figures that need rectifying Producing reports for external investors and the CFO alongside holding regular meetings and presentations to update them on identified inconsistencies and accounting treatments to correct themContinuous cash flow management and approving all European payments including payrollPromotion from International Accountant to UK Management Accountant within 6 monthsManagement of 2 Assistant AccountantsPreparing forecasts and budgets Set up of new procedure for intercompany to increase accuracySet up, calculation and correction of rent free and capital contribution to comply with accounting regulations for over 40 stores
