• • Serve as a Senior Software Test Lead for the Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS) Program Management Office (PMO), providing testing support for the Department of Defense (DoD) Electronic Health Systems(DHA), specifically the Theater Blood Mobile (TBLD-M) Application.• Managed test teams in the test development, test execution, and test documentation of the TBLD-M Applications.• Assist within the JOMIS PMO in transitioning from a Waterfall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to an Agile SDLC.• • Establishment of best practices for managing the traceability between the vendor’s Jira environment and the Government Jira environment.• Aid in the coordination of the User Acceptance Criteria (UAC) Events for TBLD-M.• • Develop, document, and manage testing strategies to support DoD Health Affairs policies on the use of electronic health records and health information systems, specifically for TBLD-M.• Develop, document, and manage test plans for TBLD-M particularly documenting the traceability between test scripts and user stories.• Develop, manage, and execute test cases and test scripts to further enhance the quality of the DoD Electronic Health Systems.• Identify, classify, document, and communicate defects found during testing at triage meetings with stakeholders and developers.• Assist with troubleshooting issues detected during testing.• Review and verify that all documentation submitted to the JOMIS PMO is correct and meets contractual obligations, including process and procedure documents.• Support and train Junior System Analysts/Testers by reviewing requirements, test plans, test procedures, and test reports.•
