Managing Superannuation Operations for Large Australian Company- Worked on Superannuation, Investment products, Insurance products for Clients located in Australia.• Onboarding new members/setting up new account.• Maintaining and updating customer personal details periodically, manually checking/ calculation of insurance, sending yearly reports to employers and annual final statements to end customers.• Paying contribution to customers monthly/quarterly/Yearly depending on customers superannuation and reconciliation of payment.• Processing claims-Rollover to external fund or SMSF, e-rollovers, internal consolidation, Tax deductions ( notice of Deductibility ), partial and full payments, rework of payments and Death claim.
