This role included financial controllership and managing finance operations in respect of the entity.Areas of responsibility included establishing policies and processes, improving operating performance including reduction of work at risk and overdue receivables, annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, month end and year end books close and financial reporting to the parent company.As a business partner, supported improvement in cash flow forecasting cycle and improved overall working capital position. Collaborated with Group Executive Management based in Norway for matters pertaining to the overall financial health of the entity.Change management:Ensured delivery of business engagements involving change management programmes, financial accounting and HRM. Facilitated implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP BusinessOne and other IT softwares) programmes as a change agent and managed transition to regular operation state.
