Supporting the Honeywell Learning and Leadership Development Team. Responsible to provide ongoing coordination and support to the OD& Learning Services Globally. Project Management/Administration of all central and business specific Learning & Development programs globally. Learning Planner for High touch courses in Honeywell such as:Behavioral course/Project Management course/Leadership Skills Workshop / Management Essentials/o Executive Leadership programs – HLC/ILC/HLFo Six Sigma Curricula (Vitality/Andon/GB Certification/Expert trainings) Management of Learning Services Demand which includes: Analyze learning needs for organization vs. scope management, succession planning, and vendor management. Lead on the coordination and management of Global Learning calendar which includes: matching course availability to demand, planning further course dates on a 6 month - yearly basis. Manage processes for all WBT, ILT, VC & OJT Learning programs via Honeywell's Learning Management system (Success factors); develop (synchronize) Prepare and share reports and dashboards on excel, for different training and Project status and purposes. Facilitate virtual sessions via web conferencing software globally which includes Adobe Connect, Lync Admin, Live Meeting etc. Own overall responsibility from a total solution perspective for all programs in the business domain & oversee on-time delivery with highest levels of quality, predictability, productivity, thoroughness & robustness & Manage logistics for all trainings delivered globally. Vendor management – Handle end to end process for program delivery including LOE (Letter of Engagement), Contracts negotiation process, Vendor enrollment, Purchase Requisition/Orders, Invoicing etc. Manage the India charge back process which includes tracking of participant enrollments, billing right departments, coordinate with Inter COE team on the billing process.
