 Handled infrastructure site survey and migration activities from end to end in Europe and Non-European countries. Site Survey (Infrastructure) was scheduled from Aug’21 to Oct’21 and the migration (Infrastructure) was scheduled from Jan’22 to Aug’22. Handled multiple reports on the inventory (DaaS delivery) and reported daily to the Leadership (Hexaware & Client). Completed site migration and provided the sign off and the related documents from site contacts and shared to Client.  Principally responsible for individual sites survey and migration.  Identifying the third-party vendors to complete survey on number Laptops, Desktop, Wan & Lan cables, Switches. Collected the necessary documents based on the covid norms from the vendors and getting approval to conduct the site survey. Allotting the vendors resources for the site survey and worked till end to complete it successfully. Consolidated the site survey reports of all sites including the inventory (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Special devices, Users, Size of the site etc.). Based on the survey order the items with preferred vendor partner of client and tracking from shipment to delivery to respect sites. Created project plan, scheduled the timelines for site survey, execute the plan and delivered it to customer. Coordinated with client and technical team to create project plan for site Migration and delivered it to customer. Coordinated with multiple vendors on the process and scope of infrastructure migration based on Master SOW. Descope the some of our deliverables which are not part of Master Sow. Handled the DaaS report (Laptop, desktops, monitors) with vendor for the on-time delivery to onsite. DaaS delivery report (Inventory) for all the sites been handled and shared report to Leadership & Client on daily basis.

Creating Sow, processing bank id (Work order, Job id Creation and allocation, bgv verification) for the resources to work in project. Working on Timesheet and Reconciliation, Work on the resource travel, work order revision, allocating desk, seat request, ODC access for resources.

Handling the Billing details for the USAA account. Handling the leave management for the account and preparing reports using pivot table. Preparing Billing hours and projecting the Monthly billing for invoicing .Collating the details from all teams for the purpose of billing. Tracking for the project extension and for the closure and also tracking for the assignation of resources and their extension. Also having knowledge on BRQ.

After the cargo is been inspected by the appraising officer, the Bill of Entry is done by the CHA. Then the cargo is been cleared from the airport.
