 Worked with customers to obtain retention (withhold tax certificates) on a timely basis and coordinate with the Cash Application Analyst to clear such balance. Preparation and timely submission of various reports on collections, receivables, invoicing and client trackers on a Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis. Participate in the worldwide Accounts Receivable closure, including preparation of monthly journal entries and reconciliations and ensure correct financial reporting. Preparation of graphs and pie charts to replicate the above MIS. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.  Preparation of Bad Debt Reserve Analysis during every quarter. Manage internal and external audit requirements and will also ensure compliance with SOX requirements for assigned activities. Generate manual invoices as debit and credit memos. Cash allocation, and reconciliation process within Account receivable’s environment.  Having working knowledge of accounting through cheques and Lockbox Prepare schedules to support external audit and internal team deliverables Assist with ad-hoc reporting, analysis and special projects. Make write-off recommendations to Management on balances to deemed uncollectible. Ensuring all customer account information including Credit Limits are maintained.
