• As a part of Talent Acquisition I was Overall in charge of group of companies recruitment – in house (Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Office Automation , AV – Audio/Video , Hospitality, Retail, Distribution, Beauty & IT- Software) for Lateral, Active , Passive , Campus and Contractual hiring.• Managing the entire life cycle of recruitment process from requisition initiation to sourcing (through Web portals/ Referrals/ Consultants/ Databases etc.),screening, setting up the interviews ,fitment analysis, offer negotiation, rolling out of offer to post offer follow ups till the candidate joins.• Managing talent availability through various sources thereby maintaining channel mix.• Working closely with Head - HR, Directors, VP, AVP, and Head - Departments to understand their requirements or any changes in the same and brief them on the progress made & targets achieved.• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships and credibility with hiring managers, building consensus and bringing closures.• Proficient in Handling Recruitment Drives/Walk-in/Bulk Hiring/ Campus Hiring: Organized and conducted recruitment drives (General walk-in & scheduled drives) at our premises.• Vendor management: Coordinating with vendors, briefing them on requirements, updating them on the status of their candidates. Managing contracts, billing and invoices of vendors.• Cost Effectiveness - Reduced substantial hiring costs by recruiting through employee referral, and social networking sites etc.• Managing resume database, prepare and maintain monthly reports.• Maintaining and updating the databank, managing on- boarding, employee background verification when required.
