Strategic sourcing, Vendor development and management, Cost of Sales, Global and Regional Categories, Value chain, Stakeholders and Team management are key highlights. Re- Established IPC operations in India from scratch singlehandedly .. Building team, establishing systems and processes thereby achieving smooth end to end Supply operations .
