Was handling all the HR & Admin related duties.HR Related:Recruiting New Candidates (Interviewing & Placements). Documentation Management (HR Documentation – End to End Process).. Conducting Induction & Training for new Recruitees. Handling the Payroll Process. Issuing Required Letters as per the department – Internal Memos & other Letters. Exit Formalities & Procuring the proper handovers Admin Related:Maintaining general office files, job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations. Overseeing & Liasoning with the vendors the maintenance of office facilities,. Performing other relevant duties as the Admin as & when needed. Responding to emails and updating documents.
