- Maintaining registers for office time, attendance and leave
- Preparing Job description and job postings in online portal and newspaper advertisements.
- Conducting Interview process, hiring staff, selection, appointments, induction, training, transfers, exit interview and leaving procedure.
- Respond to employee queries on daily basis and attending to their grievances
- Conducting performance appraisal for staff and assisting in compensation strategy
