Current• Handling 120+ employees in two branches• Maintaining registers for office time, attendance and leave • Preparing Job description and job postings in online portal and newspaper advertisements.• Conducting Interview process, hiring staff, selection, appointments, induction, training, transfers, exit interview and leaving procedure.• Respond to employee queries on daily basis and attending to their grievances• Conducting performance appraisal for staff and assisting in compensation strategy• Training programs for faculty members – Council related trainings and Internal trainings• Preparing minutes of meetings, memo, inter office orders & other correspondence• Making travel arrangements & travel plan for staff
