In my current employer, I am involving with management works like recruitment and other related HR activities of the Company which made me know how to deal with people at all levels and their culture. The nature of work is always challenging, which helped me to develop my skills to be more confident and a good team player by taking decisions which are based on facts rather than assumptions.
