• Focused on Integration Solutions, Digital Enterprise Solutions, Robotic Process Automation• Leading and manage the German sales team• Develop new business opportunities for MicroGenesis services in the German region• Consistently drive team to achieve targets assigned by management• Support team to create customer awareness and interest for MicroGenesis service offerings• Actively prospects for new business relationships and sales leads• Train team to have up to date knowledge on MicroGenesis offerings, target clients and industries• Coordinate and support territory specific presales, sales, and marketing activities• Maintain up-to-date record of all opportunities and activities in the CRM system and sales reports on daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
