Maintenance of the Employee Productivity Report with the inputs from the code set managers and responsible for posting them in the Share Point. Data collection and documentation assistance for the Atlas Excellence Awards Ceremony. Recording important meetings and sharing to the respective people on need basis. Maintenance of Employee data bases and posting the Employee Active sheet on monthly basis to HR. Planning and conducting Team Building activity to associates. Management of the Employee leave portal and report generation to HR. Coordinate with HR for Recruitment. Participated in the Campus drives for Company Presentation, Invigilation, Evaluation & documentation Event management for the Cultural activities like Pongal, Onam & other Celebration. Coordinating with the CSR Team for conducting activities.
