* Handled end to end recruitment from sourcing of profiles till joining of the candidates,* Involved into managing internal associates (talent pool and future release candidates)*Involved in the discussion with the project manager or delivery manager to get clarity of the new prospects's requirement or existing clients's requirements.*Responsible to manage referral profiles.*Scheduling the interviews through bluejenas link and coordinate the interviews.*Share the offer for hiring approval, compensation team& onboarding team.*Collect the documents for onboarding and initiate the BGV process.*Involved in the negotiation of the salary part of the candidates.*Releasing the offer to the associates after validating the documents.
