Current• Test Planning: Developing test strategies, plans, and schedules based on project requirements and timelines.• Test Case Design: Creating detailed test cases and test scripts that cover all aspects of the software under test, including functional, non-functional, and edge cases.• Test Execution: Running tests manually or using automated testing tools to verify software functionality, performance, security, and usability.• Defect Identification and Reporting: Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing software defects or issues found during testing using defect tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or others.• Regression Testing: Ensuring that previously developed and tested software still performs correctly after changes or updates.• Performance Testing: Evaluating software performance under different conditions to identify and address performance bottlenecks or issues.• Integration Testing: Testing the interaction between different software modules or systems to ensure they work together seamlessly.• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborating with stakeholders to conduct UAT sessions and gather feedback to ensure the software meets business requirements and user expectations.• Continuous Improvement: Continuously improving testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.• Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements, clarify issues, and ensure a smooth testing process.• Documentation: Creating and maintaining test documentation including test plans, test cases, test reports, and other relevant documentation.• Training and Mentoring: Providing guidance, training, and support to junior testers or team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in software testing
