Roles and Responsibilities:- Responsible for building the entire SRE Team in RingCentral India, with all the levels of hiring including entry-level, mid-level, and Leadership roles.-Working on different type of Technical Roles- Managing end to end recruitment cycle- Defining the sourcing plans based on the recruiting targets and budget and ensuring that it is in line with the company’s business and strategy.- Responsible for handling the recruitment process for assigned technical requirements.- Create a pipeline for adequate hiring through multiple channels and geographic locations.- Sourcing profiles from various recruiting sources like – Company Databases, Job Portals, Employee references, and LinkedIn.- Responsible for screening and shortlisting of the profiles.- Review meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss in detail the requirements and understand theirexpectations on the same.- Identifying sourcing plans based on the recruiting targets and budget and ensuring that it is in line with the company’s business and strategy.- Preliminary interviewing of potential candidates to assess the candidate’s suitability, attitude, academic and professional qualifications, experience, communication skills, etc.- Conducting HR discussions and setting up the right expectations with the candidates.- Negotiating on Compensation and Notice Period.- Ensuring the periodic follow-ups with the yet-to-join candidates and ensuring their joining on time.- Took ownership of the requisitions; summarized or refined job specifications; posted open requirements on different job boards.Sourcing Channels: Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, Employee Referrals, and Social Media-based Hiring.
