I have more than 24 years of work experience in the Finance and Shared services industry. I have worked with multiple Fortune 500 organizations and have experience of managing large, diverse , multi-cultural and multi locational workforce partnering with client in their journey to transforming their operations. I have worked in different geographies – India, US, EU, UK, APAC – working with Global clients in roles ranging from Service Delivery Leader, GPO, Transformation Lead, Customer Service and client relationship manager. In my journey, I have focused on redesigning and transformations of end to end business processes with an approach to provide enhanced visibility and controllership, working on capital optimization, benchmarking for best in class performance, continuous improvement opportunities and drive high impact business levers. I have spearheaded delivery, customer satisfaction, growth and profitability, and have been strategic advisor to the client stake holders for aiding them in redesigning and executing business transformation roadmaps. I have been instrumental in orchestrating performance turn around for some key client through collaborative partnerships, re structured service delivery strategy and employee empowerment. I have realized business strategy by building effective, cohesive and high performing teams.
