• To lead the L&D Impact team and ensure delivery of induction, functional and leadership capability development across the organisation.• Run Learning engagements with clients• Driving and conducting needs analysis, creating training plans, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs. • Partner with clients/senior leadership to identify appropriate metrics to monitor performance and effectiveness of team's charter and deliverables.• Recognize and adapt best practices in the area of Talent Development.• Responsible for ensuring the programs continue to deliver against the organization's needs.• Drive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency of the site. Understanding and effectively utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures. • Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures.
