As a client side Engagement lead for Quality Automation projects, I was closely involved in automating risk based scenarios for testing for some of the crucial products for our client PayPal Inc. During this time, I took ownership of automating testing for PayPal's risk interface products around adding funds, profile vulnerability, credit card authorizations etc., I was also a part of a very fast paced Agile Scrum team which worked on 360 degree development and testing inside two-week sprints.Some of the achievements at PayPal include (but not limited to)1. Integrated Test Accelerator Platform (or iTAP) was Syntel's in-house developed testing automation platform which was made from a collection of industry best practices and with the help of brightest quality & testing minds in Syntel.I was a part of the founding team of iTAP and was responsible for both hands-on development and deploying the tool for various existing and prospective clients. I played the following roles when I was working with the iTAP platform1. Worked with iTAP development team to scope out requirements and build it2. Worked various BUs to implement domain specific test accelerators which made the tool plug and play for multiple domains3. Demoed iTAP's functionality to various existing and prospective clients4. Presented cases to BUs to convince them of multiple situations/use-cases where iTAP could be implemented and used successfully (along with project cost savings)5. I was also responsible to train and get a team of fresh-grads to get up and running with using the tool and enhancing it further
