 Work collaboratively with Supply Chain members especially; VMI Planner & Forecaster, Purchasing Officer and Purchasing Admin Assistant (in accordance with LHF Ltd.’s Policies and Procedure) Develop expertise in VMI – vendor managed inventory and share weekly workload With LHF’s senior VMI expert Develop expertise to provide cover for; production planner, purchasing officer and Export coordinator when required GS1net coordinator, train and develop competency to maintain LHF catalogue, Together with Sales & Admin for NPD & deletions Long term packaging planning and LHF liabilities with packaging suppliers, preparing And implementing plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost. Negotiating contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirement Determining, implementing and monitoring purchasing, 3PL storage and distribution Strategies, policies and plans  Input and monitor export forecasts as provided by customers Build strong internal and external supplier relationships  Support production planning and scheduling activities to meet production needs Support Supply Chain Manager with projects as required  Early & clear advice of all potential supply issue effecting production actioned in a Timely manner Monitor and improve supplier DIFOT (Delivery in Full on Time)levels in line with supply chain expectations Supply chain management reports to be compiled accurately and distributed on time Promote and encourage supply chain excellence Review supply chain activities to improve processes Identify and initiate improvements to the supply chain

• Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or to make a donation. • Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services, or to request donations for charitable causes. • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers. • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers• Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories

 Making outbound B2C telesales calls and also inbound sales Maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors. Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule. Expedite all critical orders with local subcontract vendors. Review expediting schedules on all customer orders. Obtains and forwards information to planning and sales teams.
